Dr. Warner has special interests in pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition. He has served as President of the Society of University Surgeons and in leadership positions with the American Academy of Pediatrics' surgical section, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Pediatric Surgical Association. Dr. Warner has been the principal investigator on two National Institutes of Health grants and runs an active basic science laboratory.
